Congratulations
To our student Hui Xin for winning the Merit Awards for Junior Section in the Recycle Materials Flower arrangement Competition 2008 at the Garden Show 2008. She is only 4 years old and has the idea of using recycle materials to crate the new singapore icon - The Singapore Flyer as her main idea. The recycle subject was made from bottles, old basket, sweets container, umbrella etc. Congrates to Hui Xin!
